Moshing On My Own, LLC (MOMO) is an international label/project management, marketing, public relations, and promotions company formed in December 2014 by Morgan Thomas.
Most recently, Morgan spent five years working as International Marketing Manager for Roadrunner Records. Working in both the UK and Netherlands, she was responsible for project managing the International-signed repertoire which included three records with Slash in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America (2010's solo record, 'Slash' and two records with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, 2012's 'Apocalyptic Love' and 2014's 'World On Fire'), 2.5 with Alter Bridge for World ex US & Canada (2010's 'ABIII' and 'AB3.5', and 2013's 'Fortress'), two with Down for World ex US & Canada (2012's 'Down IV: Part I' and 2014's 'Down IV: Part II'), and Lamb of God ex North America for their 2012 album 'Resolution,' amongst other releases from artists that include Kiss, Juliette Lewis, Melissa Auf der Maur, Periphery, Satyricon, and Staind.
Morgan also handled international promotion and worked international marketing across the roster which included Airbourne, The Amity Affliction, Avenged Sevenfold, Black Stone Cherry, Cavalera Conspiracy, Devildriver, The Devil Wears Prada, Dream Theater, Gojira, Halestorm, Killswitch Engage, Kvelertak, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Machine Head, Mastodon, Megadeth, Murderdolls, Opeth, Rob Zombie, Porcupine Tree, Shinedown, Slipknot, Soulfly, Stone Sour, Times of Grace, and Trivium.
Prior to Roadrunner, Morgan was based in London for eight years where she worked across digital marketing and A&R at Polydor, EMI Music Publishing, and Columbia Records, and in Washington DC where she worked in marketing and promotion at Capitol Records and DC101.
Morgan has been passionate about music since 1991, when she picked up a cello for the first time.
